esumen: Con el presente trabajo, se propone, de lege ferenda, la limitación del derecho real de superficie a las construcciones. A fin de canalizar los supuestos de plantaciones y forestación, se propone su inclusión dentro del derecho real de enfiteusis, admitiendo el mismo en el derecho positivo vigente.Palabras Claves: Derecho de Superficie ?
