Resumen:
At the moment of understanding the factors that explain the intent of home separation, government policies are presented as tools that promote behavior through communication, imposing benefits or access to facilitators. The acceptance will depend on the confidence of the citizens about the responsibility of designing the policy as well as on the reliability of the designed system.Together, the intention to recycle depends on the benefits perceived by the consumer at the individual level, where the cost of the time demanded by the recycle presents itself as a limiting factor. In addition, recycling recycles a set of values that, as they are shared by a social group, may be a major social influence on individual behavior. As a result, a survey was develop to a simple of 350 residents of the city of Cordoba, Argentina, to contrast the hypotheses of the theoretical model planted through a system of structural ecuations. Thus, the expected objectives are: (1) knowing how to trust the government and the system explains the acceptance of public policies, (2) estimating the degree of influence of the acceptance of policies, the costs of time and influence (peers) about the intention to recycle.
