n this context, the goal of this study was to investigate the specific properties of dendronized films to evaluate potential applications in biomedical area. For instance, the topographical and chemical changes over dendronized surface affect cell behavior. So, different spectroscopic techniques were used for studying topographical modification. L-arginine metabolism of macrophages and fibroblast were studied for understanding the influence of films over cells.
