nfertility is defined as inability to have a child after at least one year of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. Nearly half causes of infertility are attributed to male partner. There is increasing evidence denoting the key role of nutrition and male obesity on sperm quality and male fertility. The present updated systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to summarize the evidence from high-quality published studies investigating the potential associations of adiposity and sperm quality and reproductive hormones. We conducted a systematic search of the literature published in MEDLINE-PubMed and EMBASE databases and a hand searching of reference list until June 2019, in accordance with the guidelines of the PRISMA.
