In the present work we show the power of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Residual Dipolar Couplings (RDCs) 2 on the determination of the absolute stereochemistry of six new steroidal lactones (withanolides) from Jaborosa parviflora, a plant from the Solanaceae family.
