Transgenic commercial cultivars of high yield represent 99% of the Argentinean soybean sowing area; however, no transgenic lines are a good alternative to obtain food products of differentiated quality because their genetic base is broad. It has not been evaluated comprehensively native germplasm lines with regard to quality´s parameters. The aim of this work was to evaluate oil, oleic, linoleic and linolenic concentrations of non-transgenic lines sown at multienvironmental field experiments of the Argentinean soybean growing region .
