This paper seeks to share the experience of an innovative in-service series of training sessiones aimed at the methodological and communicative improvement of a group of Primary school teachers working at a bilingual school at the city Of Cordoba. Such sessions entail the participation of a guest teacher who becomes an active member of the staff, and they have become a meeting point for teachers to exchange ideas, while the relationship withe the teacher in charge of the corrdination of the project has been strengthened by constant communication by e-mail.
