Resumen:
endritic cell (DC) cancer vaccines have shown limited clinical benefit. Thus, identificationof signals and molecular pathways that potentiate the immunogenicity of DCs has become amajor challenge in cancer research. Our studies demonstrate that triiodothyronine endows DCswith enhanced ability to stimulate cytotoxic T-cell responses with implications in DC-basedimmunotherapy.
