Resumen:
The paper explores the labour market adjustments to migration in the case of Argentina, and the focus is on the most important metropolitan area: Gran Buenos Aires. Di§erent groups of migrants are compared to natives in their dynamics of integration, and there is no evidence of di§erences in terms of hazard rates out of unemployment among natives and migrants, nor on the speed of integration. The adjustment appears to be almost entirely through wages, where the evidence points to migrants earning less than natives.
