Systems below C¡Ö0.48 wtfractionshowhydratedcrystalsinanisotropicliquid,whichleadtoalamel- lar liquidcrystalwhenheatedtoabout60 ◦C. Abovethisconcentration,thephasetransitionoccursat about 80
