At work a nonparametric model is used to evaluate the performance of the management of justice in the provinces of Argentina. In order to obtain an arrangement of the units analyzed, the DEA model proposed by Anderson and applies Petersen. Labor were considered as dimensional analysis by the number of judges, judicial officers and employees, a direct measure of performance such as the rate of resolution of cases filed and an indirect measure of the potential demand for services justice: the number of people in each jurisdiction. A ranking of efficiency was obtained from the DEA results. The information provided by linear models through the dual variables and slacks identified the units presenting best practices (benchmarking), defining targets for provinces with low performance, which should aim to achieve in order to improve performance.
