Resumen:
In connection to our research programs dedicated to the development of synthetic useful electron-transfer methodologies and the discovery of potent bioactive substances, we will disclose a new, efficient and non-contaminant methodology to prepare these motifs. The approach is based on a metal-free SRN1 intramolecular ketone arylation, which do not rely on the use of palladium in combination with toxic or expensive/sophisticated ligands, or other stoichiometric tin and transition metals reagents.
