Resumen:
his article focuses on the experience training pre-service teachers in the English for specific purposes (ESP) field during the lockdown. We describe the context in which this took place and the types of input, the tasks and the assessment tools employed to train pre-service teachers in the ESP field at Córdoba State University in Argentina during the shutdown. We also explore the learning outcomes of this experience, with a view to anticipating how this may have an impact on our practice when we go back to the so-called ?new normality?.
