Resumen:
In the light of CLT, recent research has shown that in the post-colonial multicultural world, foreign language teaching should be inseparable from individual identity and social behaviour (Savignon, 2007). In practical terms, the postmethod pedagogy, following Kumaradivelu (2003) and the suggested parameters of particularity, practicality and possibility were successfully applied to design an assessment of reading ability task carried out at Colegio Nacional de Monserrat, a national secondary school which belongs to Cordoba National University
