Fermentation sugarcane blunting, an industrial remainder, was investigated. The fermentation was carried out in different conditions: with native flora (NF) alone, NF plus the ruminant probiotic lactic acid bacterium and with the NF plus probiotic co inoculated with two lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from sugarcane.
