n el presente trabajo se analiza el mecanismo de ajuste por inflación impositivo vigenteen el impuesto a las ganancias, describiendo su evolución, normativa, casos controvertidosy aplicación actual para las empresas de Argentina. Finalmente, se realizan propuestaspara la mejora del mecanismo hacia el futuro.This paper analyzes income tax inflation adjustment in force, describing its evolution, regulations,controversial cases and current application for companies in Argentina. Finally, our proposalsare made for the improvement of the mechanism towards the future.
