Resumen:
In this presentation was afforded to the design of Luminescent Silica Nanoparticles (NPs-SiO2 by a modified Störber method. The incorporation of varied Laser Organic dyes was achieved with the conjugation of amined modified organosilanes. In this manner it was obtained Mono-coloured and Multi-coloured Nanoparticles of different sizes. The Luminescence of these Nanoplatforms were tuned within variable emissions wavelengths by addition of different Laser dyes and combinations of them. Thus, it was controlled emission intensities and Enhanced phenomena based on Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) [1]. Therefore, it was used Fluorescein (Fl) and Rhodamine B (RhB) as Energy donor/acceptor pair. So, by the right tuning of donor/acceptor concentration ratio within confined controlled Nano-volume was generated Enhanced emissions. [2]The optimized Mono-coloured Luminescent Nanoparticles (NPs-SiO2-Fl; and NPs-SiO2-RhB), and Enhanced Nano-emitters (NPs-SiO2-RhB-Fl) were evaluated as Light Delivery Nano-tools for Biophotonics applications. In this perspective it was discussed studies and applications related with Nano-Biolabelling of bacteria and cells; Biomolecular and Organelle detections; and Bioimaging. [3]REFERENCIAS[1] D.
