INTEMA

The preparation of CNFs was successfully achieved. These materials were characterized showing nanometric sizes and a large percentage of crystallinity for the CNFs prepared from soybean husks. They were used to prepare filmogenic solutions from SPI dispersions which were characterized according to their particle size and rheological properties. These filmogenic solutions will be used to form biodegradable films to be used as a food coating.
