The rate constants for the reactions of O(3P) atoms with CFCl=CH2, (E/Z)-CFH=CClH, (E/Z)-CFCl=CHCl and (E/Z)-CFCl=CFCl were measured directly using a discharge flow tube coupled with chemiluminescence detection in the temperature range 295-359 K. This work is the first absolute temperature dependence study for the reactions mentioned above. The effect of substituent atoms on the overall rate constants is analyzed in comparison with other alkenes in the literature.
