Resumen:
The paper lays out a system to standardize the selection of candidates for faculty positions at the National University of Córdoba. Even when the process is regulated, the flexibility of the standard allows differences between selection processes; so often presented challenges to opinions. In order to minimize the disagreements of the contestants, the process is explicit, giving transparency and legitimacy. The methodology is based on Decision Analysis Multi Criteria (MCDA) asking the following stages: a) Structure: concluded in a hierarchy of 6 levels, b) Evaluation: The method selected MCDA is Moora, which has the advantage of allowing work with a large number of alternatives and criteria. What is relevant in this instance is to obtain individual rankings c) Synthesis: integrating conclude individual views in a group decision model using the geometric mean.
