span lang="en" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">The chemical study of Heterothalamus alienus gave rutin, spathulenol, (1R,7S)-germacra-4(15),5,10(14)-trien-1â-ol (1), sakuranetin (2), padmatin 3-acetate (3), (2R,3R)-dihydroquercetin-3?,4´,7-trimethyl ether (4), (2R,3R)-dihydroquercetin-4´,7-dimethyl ether (5), (2R,3R)-3-acetoxy-4´,5,7-trihydroxyflavanone (6), as the main components of an antifungal extract of the aerial parts of the plant.
