Resumen:
yclic voltammetry was applied at the water/1,2 - dichloroethane interface to study the transfer of a series of benzodiazepines. Transfer potentials were determined with the aim to correlate the partition coefficient of these compounds with the presence of different substituents and its biological activity. On the other hand, the effect of Flunitrazepam (a benzodiazepine) on the organization and permeability of lipidics monolayers adsorbed at the interface was analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical spectroscopy impedance. These results contribute to studies of quantitative structure - activity relationships and also to those related with to non - specific interaction of these drugs with biological membranes.
