Resumen:
Taking into account a group of economic, financial and political criteria used to assess the credit quality of countries, 106 developing countries were assigned to groups with similar characteristics according to their credit quality level using Self-Organizing Feature-Mapping Algorithm (SOFM). Applying Multicriteria TOPSIS Method these countries were ordered and the obtained results were compared and analyzed.
