Effects of price policies on the Argentine energy sector for the period 1994-2018 A counterfactual study

The objective of this paper is to analyze the impact that the policies followed by Argentina in the period 1994-2018 for the energy sector had both on the levels of demand for the different derivatives of oil and natural gas and on the supply of oil and gas natural at the aggregate level. Likewise, carry out a counterfactual analysis of the evolution of both the energy sector and the external sector if the efficiency price signals had been used.
