A CASE STUDY?It is indisputable that organizations must permanently adapt their strategy and practice to the challenges that society and the market present to them.The management of interested parties or interest groups, as it has been translated into spanish or stakeholder management, is a field of study that, having begun in the area of strategic management, has permeated other disciplines such as corporate social responsibility (CSR), business ethics and sustainability, among others.Although the public health sector in Argentina ?and in the world? has a high social and economic impact, the private sector plays a significant role. The incorporation of the stakeholder theory could contribute to the management of organizations and in particular the organizations that function as intermediaries of these services, enriching strategies and improving relations between stakeholders, adding value for all.The dissemination of concepts such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability, and the changes in global and national legislative frameworks in these matters, mean that healthcare provider organizations are increasingly subject to public scrutiny and the influence of various interest groups or stakeholders.Strategic management theories have proposed various management models and perspectives, trying to respond to the new reality.
