Resumen:
In this workshop we will demonstrate the possibility of learning to read in Dutch and German on the basis of an elementary knowledge of English as a bridge language. After a brief reference to the nature of intercomprehension, the criteria for text selection and the principles for the design of activities we will give participants a taste of the type of tasks that can be implemented in order to start developing their intercomprehension in three related languages.
