Resumen:
Central nervous system disorders (CNS) are a 6.3% world disease. This number is increasing over time due to global demographic aging. Low blood brain barrier (BBB) permeability is the limiting step for succesfully exapanding the field of drug discovery and for actual treatments clinical success. Nanocarriers development for drug delivery strategies pretend to enhance pharmacokinetic parameters and reduce adverse reactions of conventional drugs formulations. For this purpose, we aim to develop a nanocarrier system based on nanoprecipitation of Eudragit RS (ERS) or RL (ERL), to improve hydrophobic drugs encapsulation for intravenous administration, achieving polydispersity index (PdI) below 0.2.
