n the First Part of this paper , the problem of evaluate the technical efficiency in Decision Making Units (DMUs) was analyzed as a generalization of the Microeconomic Production Theory, the technical efficiency concept was defined as an Pareto Optimal in concerning to a preference relation, situations that characterize different transformation technologies and possible technical efficiency measurement were approached.
