The purpose of this presentation is to evaluate and to determine the performance of public service of administration of ordinary justice Argentine provinces. It is sought to establish an order of alternatives pursuant to various criteria which support the efficiency and effectiveness of their production. These issues are known as γ-type problems. To solve them, we have applied the Multicriteria Decision Aid Method: TOPSIS (Techique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution).
