The purpose of this presentation is to determine the management of the various production units of a public entity in charge of the supervision and control of food and agriculture health and quality. It is sought to establish an order of alternatives pursuant to various criteria which support the efficiency and effectiveness of their production. To solve the problem, we have applied the Techique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The referral to experts in order to define the evaluation criteria and the relative weights has been performed by application of the Delphi Method.
