The aim of this presentation is to show the utility of the tools of Multicriteria Decision Aid to analyze and evaluate the performance of the production units of a public entity. This Institution is in charge of the supervision and control of food and agriculture health and quality. To work out our problem we applied the Analytic Hierarchic Process. The approach proposed is to equate a) minimum criteria to inputs, b) maximum criteria to outputs, c) the alternatives to the decision making units Title: Distribution System Economically Adapted.
