Theaim of this presentation is to show the utility of the tools of MulticriteriaDecision Aid to analyze and evaluate the performance of the production units ofa public entity. This Institution is in charge of the supervision and controlof food and agriculture health and quality. To work out our problem we appliedthe Analytic Hierarchic Process.
