We obtain the exact averaged Green function for a one-dimensional Tight-Binding model in presence of a stochastic impurity (dichotomic noise). We prove that a ``dynamical localization´´ of the TB electron is generated by the stochastic impurity. Our results can also be interpreted in terms of a ``quasi-particle´´, representing the excitation of the system interacting with its surrounding. A life-time and energy can be associated to this quasi-particle. Then the energy of this quasi-particle appears as a competitive phenomena between the intensity against the frequency rate of the dichotomic impurity.
