Organizing to the threating situations of Ephemeral Organizations

Situations of tension and social chaos are extremely unfortunate; however, they offer opportunities for contribution to organizational studies. In this paper, through a particular case, it is persuaded to know how is originated the process of organizing in the interaction between neighbors of a neighborhood in Cordoba- Argentina; that through the improvisation and the enactment of narratives, they carried out a collective action in response to threatening situations they faced.Keywords: Ephemeral Organizations- Organizing- Collective Action- Narratives
