Resumen:
Cyclodextrins are often used to improve the solubility of drugs by increasing their solubility in the formation of inclusion complex may be incorporated in pharmaceutical formulations are also used for the protection of drugs that are photosensitive. This study aimed to prepare and characterize inclusion complexes with drug norfloxacin and B-cyclodextrin (B-CD). The complexes were prepared by methods Kneading, physical mixing and suspension. Among the complexes obtained in the methods of infrared spectroscopy (IR) and thermal analysis Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG) were able to confirm the presence of the formation of inclusion complex obtained by lyophilization.
