Resumen:
Biodegradable materials are associated with the use of renewable raw materials, such as proteins and polysaccharides, which can be extracted from agro-industrial by products. In particular, isolated soy protein (SPI) has exceptional filmogenic properties and low cost. On the other hand, obtaining nanofibers from low cost agro-industrial by-products offers the possibility of using these materials as nano-reinforcers of the SPI films.
